We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. Your defective product will be picked up by one of our delivery drivers on their next scheduled route in your area and exchanged for a similar product.
If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product, or provide you with a Store Credit for the purchase price which you can use on your next order.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
After notification to The Soda Exchange, one of our drivers will exchange your defective product with another similar products on the next available delivery route. Please identify the product as defective and leave it out where our drivers can easily see it and exchange it.
